Infection Control and Safety

Due to the recent COVID-19 (coronavirus) disease outbreak, we would like to inform you of our current office policy and procedures.

If you currently feel sick, please reschedule your dental appointment and call your physician. This is especially true if you have symptoms such as: fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath.

Please also reschedule your appointment if you have traveled outside the United States in the last two weeks to an area affected by the coronavirus disease. This includes, but is not limited to, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam or Philippines.

WHAT WE ARE DOING IN OUR OFFICE TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY

In addition to the Universal Precautions which we have always followed, as recommended by the American Dental Association and OSHA, we have extended our disinfection procedures in the office. We are now wiping down all common areas several times a day. This includes all door handles, faucets, bathroom areas, entryways, and the front desk area.

To ensure the health of our staff and patients, we may be taking the temperature of everyone who enters our office. Those with elevated temperatures may be asked to reschedule their appointments.
